1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and AspireX (“AspireX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern the websites at aspirex.io and www.aspirex.io and the EasyMeds, EasyReceipts, EasyDoc, EasyPass, EasyJot, and AspireX mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional terms displayed for a particular feature or marketplace purchase also apply. If you use a Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. What AspireX provides
AspireX provides local-first tools for medication organization, receipt and expense records, credential management, document organization, notes, reflection, wisdom, and inspiration. Product descriptions explain intended uses but are not promises that a Service will meet every personal, professional, regulatory, or technical requirement.
Features may differ by device, operating system, country, app version, purchase level, or marketplace rules. A feature described as planned, experimental, preview, or “coming soon” is not a binding commitment and may change before release.
3. Eligibility and use by minors
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use. The Services are not directed to children under 13.
You may use an app to organize information for a family member or person in your care only when you have lawful authority and respect that person's privacy, dignity, and choices.
4. Limited license and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, AspireX grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the apps on devices you own or control, as permitted by the applicable app marketplace, for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
- use a Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or privacy-invasive activity;
- access, copy, alter, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or exploit a Service except as expressly permitted;
- reverse engineer, decompile, bypass, or defeat security or technical restrictions except to the limited extent such a restriction is prohibited by law;
- introduce malware, overload infrastructure, automate abusive requests, scrape protected content, or interfere with another user;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, or enter information you have no right to possess or process;
- use the Services to create or distribute content that violates law or another person's rights; or
- remove proprietary notices or use AspireX branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.
5. Local data, device security, backup, and recovery
The apps are designed to keep app content locally on your device by default. AspireX does not maintain a default cloud copy and generally cannot retrieve, reset, or reconstruct local content for you. You are responsible for:
- protecting your device with an appropriate passcode and current security updates;
- remembering app, vault, encryption, and backup passwords and keeping recovery material safe;
- creating sufficiently frequent backups and verifying that they can be restored;
- protecting backup and export files wherever you choose to store them; and
- securely erasing sensitive data before selling, transferring, repairing, or disposing of a device.
6. Your content, other people's information, and sharing
You retain ownership of content you create or enter. Because core content remains local, you do not grant AspireX a general license to your private app content. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to process information you intentionally send to us, such as a support message, for the purpose requested and for related security and legal obligations.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content. Do not store or share another person's health, identity, financial, credential, or other sensitive information unless you have lawful authority. A share or export action can create copies outside the app. Recipients and destination providers may copy, forward, retain, or disclose shared content, and AspireX cannot recall it.
If AspireX introduces a feature for publishing or sharing wisdom with a community, additional community guidelines or feature-specific terms may apply. You must not publish harassment, threats, unlawful content, private information without permission, deceptive impersonation, or material that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
7. EasyMeds and health-related information
EasyMeds is an organizational and reminder tool. It is not a medical device, medical alert system, pharmacy, healthcare provider, or substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or emergency care.
- Always follow the label and instructions from a qualified healthcare professional.
- Verify medication names, doses, schedules, interactions, and changes independently.
- Notifications may be delayed, suppressed, misconfigured, or unavailable because of device settings, battery state, operating-system behavior, time-zone changes, software defects, or hardware failure.
- Do not use EasyMeds as the sole method for administering critical medication or monitoring a vulnerable person.
- In an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate medical professional immediately.
You are responsible for reviewing entries and ensuring that caregivers have appropriate independent instructions and contingency plans.
8. EasyReceipts, taxes, expenses, and financial records
EasyReceipts helps organize receipts, mileage, trips, expenses, and reports. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee that a receipt, mileage entry, category, report, or calculation will satisfy an employer, insurer, tax authority, auditor, or court.
You are responsible for verifying amounts, dates, exchange rates, tax treatment, mileage rates, categories, business purpose, original-document requirements, and retention periods with qualified advisers and applicable rules. Keep original records when required. Reports generated by the app should be reviewed before submission or reliance.
9. EasyPass, EasyDoc, credentials, and important documents
EasyPass and EasyDoc are security-sensitive organizational tools, but no software can eliminate every risk. Encryption strength depends on implementation, device integrity, password quality, updates, configuration, and user behavior.
- Use a strong, unique vault password and do not disclose it.
- Maintain protected, tested backups before migrations, imports, updates, or device replacement.
- Review imported credentials and documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Do not treat a stored document copy as a legally valid original unless the relevant authority accepts it.
- A passport or identification copy may help as a reference but may not permit travel, prove identity, or replace an original.
- Do not use EasyPass or EasyDoc as the only repository for information required during an emergency.
AspireX cannot unlock an encrypted vault or backup without the required credentials and is not responsible for access lost through forgotten passwords, corrupted files, incompatible third-party formats, or compromised devices.
10. AspireX, EasyJot, wisdom, and inspirational content
AspireX and EasyJot help people record, reflect on, organize, and share ideas. Inspirational content is offered for general informational and motivational purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, religious, or other professional advice and should not be treated as a promise of a particular outcome.
Wisdom and personal stories reflect individual perspectives and may not be suitable for every person or situation. Use your judgment, respect cultural and personal differences, verify factual claims, and seek qualified help when a decision involves health, safety, law, finances, or serious personal distress.
11. Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, and refunds
Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized marketplace. The price, billing period, trial, renewal terms, and available functionality will be shown before purchase.
Marketplace purchases are processed by the marketplace, not directly by AspireX. Its payment, cancellation, family-sharing, tax, and refund rules apply. Unless the marketplace states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through marketplace settings. Deleting an app does not necessarily cancel a subscription.
AspireX may verify entitlement status to enable paid features. Features, packaging, and prices may change prospectively, subject to marketplace rules and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable refund or consumer rights.
12. Third-party platforms, links, imports, and destinations
The Services depend on or interact with devices, operating systems, app marketplaces, file pickers, notification systems, import formats, email, browsers, and destinations you select. Third parties control their own services, security, availability, compatibility, and terms.
AspireX is not responsible for a third party's content, conduct, policy, outage, format change, data handling, or decision to restrict a feature. Links do not imply endorsement. Before sending a backup, export, or shared item to a third party, review that provider's terms and privacy practices.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. The design principle is simple: no cloud is required for core app content and there is no forced data sharing. You control optional backups, exports, and shares.
14. AspireX intellectual property
The Services—including software, visual design, interfaces, text, graphics, icons, trademarks, logos, and original content—are owned by AspireX or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited right to use the Services, not ownership of them.
Third-party open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses. “AspireX,” “EasyMeds,” “EasyReceipts,” “EasyDoc,” “EasyPass,” “EasyJot,” associated logos, and product appearance may be trademarks or trade dress of AspireX or their respective owners.
15. Feedback and ideas
If you voluntarily send suggestions, feature ideas, or other feedback, you grant AspireX a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and incorporate that feedback without compensation or obligation to you. Do not submit confidential information or ideas you do not have authority to provide.
16. Updates, compatibility, and availability
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features and may issue updates needed for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product improvement. Continued use may require a supported device, operating system, marketplace account, or current app version.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device or third-party format, permanent availability of a feature, or delivery of every notification. Before a significant update, migration, or device change, create and verify an appropriate backup.
17. Suspension, termination, and effect
You may stop using a Service at any time. You may delete local content and uninstall an app, but must separately manage marketplace subscriptions and external backups.
We may suspend access to website features, support, distribution, or other AspireX-controlled functionality if reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect security, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted by these Terms ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—remain effective.
18. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” AspireX disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, compatible with every device or file, or that data will never be lost or corrupted. We do not warrant that reminders will always arrive, reports will satisfy a third party, credentials will always autofill, document copies will be accepted, backups will always restore, or inspirational content will produce a particular result.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some or all of this section may not apply to you. Statutory warranties and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AspireX and its owners, affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, credentials, documents, profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AspireX's aggregate liability arising from or relating to a Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid AspireX for that Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
These limits apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
20. Your responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AspireX and its affiliates, owners, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or content you choose to store or share. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by AspireX's own unlawful conduct.
21. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where AspireX is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Before filing a formal claim, you and AspireX agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally by sending a written description through our contact page.
Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration, waives a right to bring an eligible matter in small-claims court, or prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief. Any forum or procedure required by non-waivable local law remains available.
22. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable feature or purchase terms form the agreement governing the Services. If a specific written agreement signed by AspireX conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for its subject matter.
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; AspireX may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience and do not limit meaning.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, security practices, marketplace requirements, or business operations. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
24. Contact AspireX
Questions, notices, and other communications about these Terms must be submitted through the AspireX contact page.
